My Daughter wants to give me custody of her children

My Daughter wants to give me full custody of her two children. How can we do this without having to pay out money. She is on probation for SAM and cannot have the children. Please help.

Re: My Daughter wants to give me custody of her children

Your daughter could voluntarily consent to a termination of her own parental rights, or she could agree to surrender custody of her children to you. Any agreement would need to establish why it is in the best interest of the children that no child support be paid by your daughter to you. If your grandchildren are already in the foster care system, you will need to pursue the issue of custody/adoption. To whom are you concerned that you would have to pay money to have them with you? It is difficult to provide you more an answer based on the limited information you gave in your question. I offer a free 15-minute telephone conference - give me call if you would like to dicsuss this a bit further.
