Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

So my daughter just graduated from high school does my ex husband have to pay child support till my daughter graduates from college. My divorce paperwork states child support ends when child graduates. It does not specify high school or college.

Under Florida law, child supports continues until the child reaches 18 or graduates high school, whichever comes later, but by 19 even if the child hasn't graduated high school. However, if your divorce was in another state, it's possible that your agreement includes college child support. If you were divorced in another state, you should check with a lawyer to see when the support ends.
