Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my daughter & her husband have moved to Tennessee from florida. they have 1 child and another on the way. they both still have florida addresses on their drivers license. my daughter does not like it there, and would like to come back to florida, at least for a visit. her husband has told her she is not allowed to take the children out of the state without him. She is afraid to come back to florida. does she need his permission to bring her son to florida to visit? what happens if she choses to stay in florida at our home? Our address is the home she grew up in and is the address on her drivers license.
