my daughter and her husband have separated for seven years now, and she lives in New York. He still lives in Florida. She wants the divorce so to see no fault no children what can I do to help them proceed in this?

Have him file in Florida for a divorce - simplified divorce - papers are on the Florida Family Law Forms - just google it. It will give you enough info so you can file and appear without any long term issues.
