Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter is 10.I have been divorced since she was 3.My ex is emotionally abusive.Most of it was directed towards me but as my child has gotten older he is directing more of his anger towards her.She has never wanted to go for visitation and cries when she goes for weekend visits.I have talked to counselors,lawyers,her Dr and it seems like there is nothing I can do to protect her becasue he has rights.What about my child's rights?She is so unhappy when she is with him.She cries almost every weekend that she is with him.Please help me!

Find a mental health professional who can testify that he is psychologically harmful to her. Then petition the court to limit his time with her to supervised visitation. If you can't find a professional to say this, then maybe the problem is with her, not him, and maybe she needs the help.
