Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter in law moving out on my son next weekend. He has been out of work since last oct after being laid off from his job. He has actively been seeking employment since.She is tired of paying the bills! She is dictating the child custody. She works 80 hours a week. He has been the primary caregiver to his children for 6 years. What are his rights? She is also dictating what property she is removing from the house what are his rights?

He has the same rights to custody, child support, property and debt division, etc., as she does. Was there something in particular you wanted to ask about? He needs to stand up for himself.
