Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughter wants to live with me her father and not with her aunt.

my daughter who is 14 doesnt live with her mother but has been living with her aunt (mothers sister) for about 2 and a half years.i never understood why she was there and not with her mom since she worries so much about her mom.but now she doesnt want to live with her aunt but wants to move from montana to live with me in missouri.her mom lives in georgia .but the divorce and are joint custody order was done in florida.my daughter wants to live with me but her aunt and mom sayed she couldnt.can someone please tell me what i can do????? i do have part custody but my x wife has primary residents even know my daughter isnt living with her mombut with her aunt.

If the controlling Court Order is from a Florida Court, then it appears that you will need to retain a local attorney in that location to seek a modification of the Court Order. I know absolutely nothing about Florida state law on child custody or relocation cases, but I do know that courts across the nation have been dealing with these kinds of problems for several decades. Please consult with a competent attorney who is experienced in these types of matters and who practices regulartly before the Court where the existing Court Order was issued,
