Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter lives in PA with her new baby and boyfriend. She has been in this relationship for 2 years. He thinks she is his baby but there is a 99% chance she is not. He is not listed as the father on the birth certificate but she has his last name. She wants to leave him. He is very controlling and abusive. Can she move to florida?

As long as there is no court action in place, and he is not on the birth certificate, then yes she could.
