Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My daughter has been living with me but my ex-husband has physical custody. We both have join-custody, but at the time we got a divorce she was living with him in a different state. So at the time of the divorce, it was best that she lived with him. That has changed and she has been living with me for a long time. We divorce in August 2010 and she started living us in Sept 2012. We both agreed we won't going to pay each other child support because it wasn't needed, but the state of Florida wanted us to write don't an amount in the agreement. So for any month who she lives with, the other parent would pay $100. We both agreed that we didn't need to pay it. Recently we disagreements regarding her care, and I am worried that he might come after me for child support. Can he and what do I need to do?
