Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter lost guardianship of her son for 90 days. A temporary order. We were told that the day before it ends the opposing counsel will request an extension and they will file for permanent guardianship in family court. Can we go to court an argue against the extension and if so how do we do that. We do not have a lawyer.

Yes argue that. Also find a way to retain a lawyer.
