Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter got married last July after living with the man for 2 years. Since he had bad credit It turns out that he convinced her to buy 2 computers in her name that he was going to make the payments on which he didn't ($1800.00). Put a sun pass in her name for him and never paid the bill (800.00). He also owes $320.00 electric bill he didn't pay. And some other things he didn't pay. She moved out a few months ago and is getting a divorce, but I told her not to sign the divorce papers until he pays up. She had a credit score of 721 but now it is terrible.

Does she have any legal recourse other then refusing to sign the divorce papers to get him to pay her what he owes? She now lives in Winter Haven FL, and he lives in Celebration FL.

Why doesn 't the divorce paper state what his debts are? THis is crazy - if you want a divorce then list his share of the debts - call me.
