Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughter has been married 6 mos. her husband refused to work and started pawning her things and stealing from her and my bank accounts. she had co-signed on his truck ($12000), she is making the payments and he is driving it. she needs a divorce and to get out from under the truck loan. he does have some equity in his home.

If your daughter wants a divorce, she should be asking the question. Needing to get out from under a financially draining situation is not necessarily a reason to divorce... "for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health."
