daughter mentally incompetent

If I am appointed guardian of my

mentally incompetent daughter, am I

responsible for her medical bills and

debts? I know I would be able to

handle her affairs but would I be held

responsible for bill,etc.

If you are appointed Guardian you do not take over personal responsibility for her debts or expenses. Make sure you never sign any document that guarantees her bills or her debts.
