my daughter moved to fl and after a couple of weeks her sons father served her with custody papers and an injunction saying she can't leave the state of Delaware with him but she already moved so what happens now?

She will have to get a Delaware lawyer to represent her. She should have gotten a court order from the court allowing her to leave the state with the child.
