My daughter moved in with me a year and 3 months ago but I still paid her mother child support while she stayed with me. Can I get that money back?

You will first need to do a Supplemental Petition to Modify the Final Judgment and ask the court to modify the child support based upon a substantial change in circumstances (i.e., that the child is now living with you). You can ask the court to modify it retroactively.
