Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter obtained child support order in Massachuettes approx. 4 years. Unfortunately, the attorney did not request life insurance on father to protect the child support payments in event of his death. Can daughter (own her own) go back to family court and ask Judge to require husband to allow her to take out life insurance.? She is willing to pay for policy herself, but husband refuses.
