Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter is 15 and she is physically and mentally abusive towards myself (her mother) and my 4 year old son. I have had her in treatment for over 4 years and she continues to become worse, now threatening to kill me. Can I relinquish custody

Not unless you find someone to adopt her. You can't simply "turn her over" to the state.
