Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ex took our daughter and refused me visitation

My ex husband took my daughter 11 years ago changed the primary residence from me to him and then did not allow me to see her saying I was an unfit mother. I did not sign the papers and now I am wondering if the papers are legal and if not what can be done? Our daughter is now 18 and wants to live with me and her dad won't allow her to do it saying that he will never let her live with me. Can he do this?

No, at the age of 18, your daughter is an adult under Florida law and is free to live whereever and with whomever she chooses. Neither the father nor you have the right to stop her.
