Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can my daughter do if she was not represented right in a child support & custody case. Not only did she loose the case because of the poor representation she ended up owing the other party for after school care that she told him she could not pay for because she only makes $10.00 per hr.(she had her on after care) So the father assured her that if she would let them go to his after care his mother would pay for it then lied in court so now she owes $5,000.00 to the father when she can barey pay her monthly bills plus the money she owes the lousy attorney!!

Can you please help us. If the Judge could hear the truth about everything we are confident the out come would be very different.

Well, she can always try to sue her lawyer, but could he have really stopped or shown the father's lies? Sometimes lying can be proven and sometimes it can't. People get screwed over in court all the time because the other side lies. What could her lawyer have done that he or she didn't do to change the outcome?

If new evidence has appeared that wasn't available at the time of the hearing, then she can get a new hearing. If not, then she ends up another victim of courtroom lying.
