Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter i s now 20 years old. Her father lives in Pa, and I live in Florida. He has never seen her, and only paid 200 dollars a month in child support throughout her childhood. He had reported that he made a very small wage on the paperwork. My daughter has looked him up on the internet and has found that he has had two lucrative businesses which he has had for years and was a captain in the military for the last 25 years. He failed to report any of this income to the child support agency. Does my daughter have any recourse to recover some support money since he was purposely deceptive in reporting his income?
