Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My daughter and her son have lived with my husband and myself from the time he came home from the hospital. He is now 7 years old. My daughter does not contribute anything for her son. Food, clothing daycare you name it. She shares a room with her son and her dogs. The dogs urinate on the floor and poop on the floor and she leaves it. She disappears doesn't tell us she's leaving and one time we didn't see her for two weeks. No phone call, no text. She is verbally abusive to myself and will throw things writes horrible things on our doors. She has told my grandson that she wished she had a gun so she could shoot me in the head and watch me die. I could legally evict her but I'm terrified of what will happen to my grandson. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Seek out a family lawyer in your area and get legal advise. You can probably file an ejectment to remove her from your home since she does not pay rent. As to the child, you will need to file for Emergency Temporary Custody. This child is learning some very horrible habits as he watches her and your reactions. Please runnnnnnnnn to an attorney and get this matter under control.
As a relative you can file for custody of the child and have the daughter removed.
