Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter has been taken out of the state w/out my consent. The mother and I were never married, however, I was previously on child support then she took me off as we were on verbal agreement, i had visitation on verbal agreement as well. Kind of like whenever she felt like it.. I need to know what steps i need to take to get back on child support and also establish sheduled visitations, it has been over a year since I have spoken to or seen my daughter we had a wonderful relationship and I am missing her dearly. I also wanted a rough estimate of the cost of getting an attorney to fight for joint custody.

You need to file a paternity and custody case and a motion for emergency return of your child to Florida. The mother violated Florida law by removing your child permanently from the state. An attorney would probably charge between $2500 and $10,000 to help you. More if you are in south Florida.
