Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter turns 18 in March. Do I pay for child support for March? She has lived with me 100% for the past 6 months and I've paid anyway.

It depends on the language of the original child support order. Child support is usually payable through the child's 18th birthday or their graduation from high school.

The language of the original Judgment or Order governs when you stop paying.

If there is no language which provides guidance then you will have to file a Supplemental Petition for Modification.
