Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have my daughter the weekend before Christmas. Monday is Christmas Eve. According to custody order, I am supposed to pick up daughter after work on Christmas eve and have her through Christmas. I dont work and neither does my ex. My ex says I must return daughter Monday morning and I cant pick her up until 6 p.m.. I never pick her up from daycare that late. Can I keep her since I dont work?

It sounds like your ex is a jerk. You must follow the custody order, though.
