Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My daughter is now 20 years old. Her mother and I (the three of us have lived in Florida the entire time) were never married. We split up when she was 2, and had a verbal agreement over child support and visitation rights. I have never missed a payment, and always paid what I believed, based upon my and her incomes, more than my fair share. Her mother recently threatened to take me to court over "back child support" as she now claims I underpaid her. I have records of every cent I gave her from 1999 up till the present time. Where do I stand legally?

Florida Family Law court loses jurisdiction when the daughter turned 19. A court could not establish child support or make a decision you over/under paid.
