Both parents have a right to spend time with their child/children. The Judge will look at all factors that are in the best interest of your daughter. Some of what you may describe may be weighed in determining what is the best schedule for her but will not necessarily prevent him being able to spend time with her.

Meet with a local family law attorney who can ask more specific question and provide the best response for your case.
