Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughters father and I have a new parenting plan where he has her on two school days and he never takes her. She is only three but will be starting VPK soon. Is there anything I can do about this? Please help.

Unfortunately, you cannot force another parent to exercise their visitation. If they choose not to see the child there is nothing you can do. If his visitation will interfere with school you could try and modify it.
