Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter's father refuses to disclose his address. I wanted to serve him some papers, but he told me to send them to his parents' home. Our Consent Final Judgment says "The parties shall keep each other fully and promptly informed of their current residential address and telephone number, place of employment, and address and telephone number(s) of employers." How do I petition the courts to compel him to disclose his current residential address? Do I file a petition? A Motion to Compel? Do I file to have him found in Contempt of Court?

File a Motion for Contempt and bring him in to the court to discover the address. Does he have visitation with his daughter? If so, you need to know where he takes her. Otherwise, Petition the court for supervised visitation and have him meet with the DCF or a Police Station for supervised visits.
