Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Daughters father refuses to pay child support and also will not abide by our time share agreement. It's been over 6 months since I have recieved a child support payment. And he has not followed the terms of the time share in almost a year. We are currently waiting to see the GM on our case. What can I do in the mean time to ensure my daughters safety and collect this child support.??

Unless you know that she is in immediate physical danger, which would warrant a call to 911, then it seems that your daughter's safety is not really an issue. You really cant do anything else, other than make sure you have your case well -prepared when you see the magistrate.
