Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter's friend might be coming to live with us for the remainder of high school (about 1 1/2 years). Her mother wants to move out of state and she doesn't want to go. What do we need to do? Will the mother be financially in any way? What about health insurance?

Who has custody? Where is the father because once she gives you temporary custody you will need the consent of the father. Financially - are you asking for child support? Health Insurance as well. A lot more going on here than what is stated.
