my daughters mother was arrested again for drygs. i need to know what i can do to get full custody of my daughter? what forms i will need?

Depends. Were you married to her - if so then file a Petition for Modification of Custody. If not married and never been to court - then file a Petition for Custody. I suggest you hire an attorney, this is not an easy process and representing yourself when it comes to children is not a good idea. You may have to prove paternity which requires other documents and you will need to have docs served on her as well as setting your hearing dates, etc.
