My daughters mother has been very incorroperative in our custody case she's on her 6th contempt of court in two years the judge only punished her by giving me my makeup time I want my makeup time but I also want her to understand she needs to show up ! At what point does the judge say enough?

You need to file a Motion for Contempt/Enforcement. In your Motion you need to point out all the hearings you have attended for her contempt and file on top of it a change of custody. I suggest you get an attorney - the judge then will sanction her beyond what she ever dreamed would happen. It may only be temporary maybe 6 months or so - but its a great wake up call. Depending on the judge - he may also change custody to you with her having visitaiton.
