my daughters mother lives with me at the time and she is going through a divorce. Her huband put in the divorce papers that im using cocaine. it is a lie and i can pass drug test. can i sue for slander and deformation of charachter.

No, in order to prove slander the information would have been published to a third party and harm would been caused to your character.
