Can my daughter's mother move out of state while we're awaiting a court date for modification of child support and visitation?

She can move by herself, but not with your daughter. That would be considered a "relocation." There are laws governing rights to relocate and all the legal steps that need to be taken, which essentially include setting a hearing before the court and getting permission from the court to move.
