based on hearsay, with no phisical evidence can dcf barge into your home with out a warent demand you to take a drug test when you have no criminal record and threaten to take your child. the lady from dcf brought a sheriff with her who refused to remove my son because he was in a healthy stable enviroment a month after she showed up to my house she has been harasing my girl friend telling her to leave me. all cause some one says i smoke pot outside my home and not in the presence of my child. is this harasment or what. thank you your local construction worker

Whether you smoke outside or inside if you test positive the child WILL be removed.
