Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Deadbeat dad

Married in californina 1982, left with child in 1986, have documents for him to pay child support. Divorced him in 1996 in Florida. He is living in California in the house we purchased with my VA. Police reports on domestic abuse. I want the back child support and want to know how he remarried and kept the house without my signature or a divorce. Have deed to house and all accompaning paperwork.

You need to pursue legal action as soon as possible as your Statute of Limitations is running.
