Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Dear Attorney, I was married 12 years ago but never changed my last name on my social security card, driver license or title to my house. I am still married to the same man and have been without interruption, however I still use my maiden name. What is my legal last name? Thank you.

Your legal last name is your maiden name. You were not obligated to change it.
