Dear Counsel. What syple cover pg do I use for Appeal from 11th judicial district, to 3rd District Court of Appeals making a motion for 30 day exptension to file appeal. i was a witness... not a party to the divorse action.

If you are not a party to the action, you do not have standing to file an appeal or a motion for extension of time to file an appeal (meaning, the court will not listen to you). You can only file this on behalf of one of the parties to the action if you are a licensed FL attorney. If you prepare and file a motion on behalf of someone else, and you are not a licensed FL attorney, you would be committing the unauthorized practice of law which is a crime.
