Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Dear Sirs,

A married couple for 3 years owns a condo in Miami, FL, in the following terms:

- Wife put down a 1/4 of the condo's value;

- Husband has a mortgage under his name alone for 1/2 the amount of the condo, but paid for closing costs, down payment, etc. Part of the money owed in the mortgage is the wife's responjsibility

What happens if they decide to get a divorce if they cannot sell the condo right away?

If no part wants to buy out the other part?

Can one part forces the other to rent the condo out?

Thank you very muc.
