Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Dear,

what can croatian citizen do in order to see her son who is under sole custody of his father? She saw him just 3 times within 2 years. She can not enter US in next 18 years because of kidnaping her son. Is there a way she can sue his ex husband in name of his son? Is there someone who can do it in her behalf? She thinks his father is molesting him and that the son is depressed now.

If the child is in danger, report the matter to DCF.

Contact DCF and ask for an investigation. As to the seeing the child, you would need to provide much more information than you have stated.
