death and court orders
my neighbors wear falsely able to obtain a restraining order against my husband and myself. My husband has passed away just a few months later. Is this order still in effect .

Yes, based on the limited information you have provided, the restraining order would still be good against you.

Although the restraining order would be no longer necessary as to your husband, it will still be valid as to you. It is good until the court either sets it aside or it expires.
