deceiced father oweing child support

my x died in jan this year, oweing me 43,000.00 in support...is there anyway i can get $ from his parents estate at their death...he was a only child and my two were his only children...his parents are divorced but have never married.

Based on the limited information in your inquiry, there is probably no method by which you can assert a claim for child support against the estate of his parents. Since your former is deceased, he is not likely to be a beneficiary of the estate of his parents. Even if his parents left property to him, since he is deceased, the gift would be distributed to another based on the provisions of the will. His parents may leave property to your children but such a decision would be voluntary on their part.
