Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex decided she is moving to MA at the end of the month. Our parenting plan says she can not move out out of a 50 mile radius unless she files a florida relocation statue which either I have to give her permission or she has to get a court order. How can I make sure my daughter stays here?

If you have real evidence that she is moving (an email or something), you should file for an injunction immediately. Don't wait for her to move because you'll get behind the eight ball, and a judge may allow her to stay there--even though she's violating your agreement and Florida law--for the duration of your case. Then your odds of winning go way down. Call me if you are in the Tampa Bay or Orlando areas.
