Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello! I've been deemed indigent by the court so didn't pay divorce filing fees. I'm also on Food Stamps. My estranged husband is in the UK, we've been separated for 14 months, & he won't cooperate in filling out paperwork. I need to serve him but dont have money to pay a server. How can I do this w/the courts help. Thank you

The court will not force the process server to do it for free. Service overseas will cost at least $300 so you will have to find a way to make it happen. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
