Default on Agreement

My daughter is not keeping her agreement on making car payments to me on a car that I signed for. She lives in Orlando, FL. What can I do?

Are you saying that you signed the finance agreement on a car for your daughter, but she is supposed to make the payments?

If so, your options are to pay the loan and try to recoup the money from your daughter, or let the car get repossessed and have your credit ruined.

Who is on the title of the car? If you are the registered owner you can also take possession of the car.
