Can you service prison time if you get charged with Violation of Probation a second time? Even if we have a witness that saw you did not hit the women only the man she had in my house kissing on my couch

You can serve prison time for a violation of probation on felony probation or jail for violation of probation on misdemeanor probation. If you have a defense, it's just a question of who the judge believes.
