Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Department of Children and Families placed my niece in my care about 5 years ago because they found my sister unfit to care for her at the time. I legally adopted her and was named as her parent on her birth certificate. My sister has now changed her life and completed all the parenting classes that she needed to complete and now my niece wishes to live with her biological mother again. What do I need to do to help my sister get custody of her daughter back???? Thanks for your help
