Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i need help in a dependency case ( Brevard County) where my children were sheltered with family. And now judge has removed the children from where they were placed ( Family) to their father who has not completed previous case plan and tested positive for alcohol in court. The father is an alcoholic who can not remain sober and has gone months without talking or seeing children due to his addition. PLZ help I am so worried of my children's safety.

What judge would allow the children to go to their father if he tested positive for alcohol during a hearing? I dont' think so. If he had a case plan to complete, then you need to contact the DCF person who is in charge of the file and find out from them what is going on.
