A dependency case was open/closed and 2004 lake county florida can it be possible to reopen this case? The clerk of courts have all this case in a storage facility, and they say there is no such form to file motion to reopen dependecy case. In 2005 the mother came to my house and got pregnant with second child. Would second child be apply to the dependecy case that was closed in 2004?
