My ex is getting deployed does stepmother have any rights?

My ex is getting deployed for 18 months and we have a 7 year old together. He said he was taking me to court for his wife to get her on his visitation weekends. Our final judgement states that if one parent is not available the other parent gets full visitation. I am the custodal parent and he has visitation every other weekend. Do I have to let her see my daughter?
